Your retreat payment is nonrefundable because we make advance commitments for lodging, meals, private chef services, and other retreat expenses based on your registration.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another woman with advance notice, subject to approval. We are unable to provide refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
We understand that life happens, and we encourage you to consider travel insurance or other protection for your personal travel expenses.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
No Refunds: Due to the intimate nature of this gathering and reservations made in advance, all ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
Transfer Policy: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us by email at [email protected] with the new attendee’s name no later than 48 hours prior to the event.
Event Changes: In the rare case of unforeseen circumstances requiring event cancellation or rescheduling, registrants will be notified immediately, and options will be provided.
